Assist during regular day-to-day corporate banking front office operations (coverage of central European corporate clients in ASEAN).
Answer phone calls and e-mails and help to solve customer inquiries and/or route customer inquiries into the right channels, especially in case the Relationship Manager is absent.
Reach out to corporate customers directly for general banking matters defined together with the Relationship Manager.
Act as a professional banking counterparty for corporate customers and help to provide dedicated corporate customer service.
Support during customer acquisition activities such as industry or company internet research, preparation of summaries, presentations, etc.
Attend personal customer meetings selectively, if deemed to be of added value.
Constantly update CRM platforms.
Support for Electronic Banking matters of corporate customers. Help to onboard companies for electronic banking and provide customer service related to payments.
Support for ESG-related data collection and ESG-related analysis of corporate customers.
Support during company analysis and research to be used for credit applications.
Support in opening of business bank accounts and customer due diligence.
Assist in performing Know-Your-Customer corporate banking reviews and other Know-Your-Customer procedures for selected corporate clients.
Support in daily compliance screening for corporate customers.
Support during other internal projects of the banking group.
Job Requirements
Bachelor\'s Degree in Banking & Finance or Business or a related field of study
1-3 years experience in the Finance industry
Strong communication skills
Effective team player
