50:50 split in terms of responsibilities between back-office work (KYC, CRM, account opening, documentation, fund subscriptions) and front office work (trade execution/client communication)
Ensure KYC documentation for client base is current and reflected in company\xe2\x80\x99s CRM system
Liaise with clients and custodians for account openings and ongoing KYC
Prepare client account opening and fund subscription documentation independently
Independently handle cash management on client accounts
Assist RM with administrative tasks (travel, client gifts etc.)
Place trade orders as needed
Requirements:
Excellent communication skills and professionalism
Impeccable English (written and spoken)
Minimum of seven years of relevant ARM experience in a private bank, covering both account opening and trade execution
CACS 1 & 2 and RNF licenses
Knowledge of common private banking products and asset classes
Quick thinking, detail-oriented and self-motivated personality
