Job Description

Responsibilities
Take direction from the project leader and contribute to the projects design evolution Contribute and develop design solutions from conceptual level through construction documentation Coordinate with the project leader, consultants and vendors Proof-read to produce accurate and high-quality work before printing or publishing Conduct site visits/inspections relating to design briefing, project technical coordination and review Assist in the coordination and preparation of presentations, material specifications, drawings and FF&E packages Assist in the production, e-filing, and archiving of document sets Assist to build resource library, precedent case studies Participate in the studio's related marketing initiatives and events Contribute to the studio's research and development activities Be flexible to travel throughout Southeast Asia as and when required
Requirements
Bachelor's or Master's degree in a related design field 2+ years of relevant project experience (knowledge in Revit and BIM workflow preferred) Green Rating knowledge/accreditation preferred (ie. Green Mark, LEED, etc). Experience in book publishing is an added advantage Excellent knowledge of plant species, materials and landscape specification A rigorous understanding of sustainable urbanism best practice principles Must have private (built environment) practice as well as academic experience as a teaching assistant (assistant professor level) Proficiency in Adobe (Photoshop, InDesign, Illustrator) and MS Office Suite, and relevant 2D/3D software Systems thinking capability and a collaborative interdisciplinary outlook are a must Possess strong verbal and written communication, graphic and organisational skills Demonstrate ability to undertake the above responsibilities Ability to quickly understand, formulate, adapt decisions and present for design reviews Ability to take initiative in response to design direction or instruction Excellent problem analysis and resolution skills Ability to work independently or as part of a team in a dynamic and fast-paced environment Able to manage sensitive and sometimes confidential information Self-motivated and able to take responsibility Able to cope with multiple demands while remaining professional at all times A flexible and open attitude towards new methods of collaboration
