Managing daily bookings, addressing client inquiries and providing quotations
Oversee, develop and implement solutions for executing client events and ensuring of smooth execution.
Ensure that service level agreements (SLAs) meet company standards.
Provide active listening with callers, verifying information and ensuring clients\xe2\x80\x99 satisfaction
Foster strong relationships internally and externally.
Maintain call quality scores averaging above 95%.
Address all feedback and report findings to the Operations Manager.
Requirements:
Diploma holder and above
Excellent communication and customer service skills are vital in this role
Prior experience in hospitality, travel agency, concierge, transportation background will be advantageous
