Join our vibrant and diverse team at CE LA VI Singapore, one of the city's most iconic destinations. We are looking for an Assistant Restaurant Manager on a 3-month temporary contract to support operations in our newly refurbished, stunning rooftop restaurant.
What You'll Do
Assist the Operations Manager in daily operations to ensure smooth service.
Lead, motivate, and support a multicultural team in delivering exceptional guest experiences.
Uphold service standards and ensure seamless coordination across the floor.
Support staff scheduling, training, and performance management.
Handle guest feedback professionally and ensure service recovery when required.
Work closely with the management team to maintain operational excellence during the reopening phase.
What We're Looking For
Previous supervisory or assistant management experience in a high-volume restaurant, hotel, or hospitality venue.
Strong leadership and communication skills with a hands-on, proactive approach.
Passion for hospitality and creating unforgettable guest experiences.
Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
Availability to commit to a 3-month contract (with immediate start preferred).
