Job Description
Job Requirement
- Able to guide and train the team; being a good role model for the juniors
- Ensure daily smooth operations of outlet including issues like maintenance, administrative tasks etc.
- Work with manager to project and manage restaurant sales
- May perform additional or other ad hoc duties as assigned by Restaurant Manager
Requirements:
- Minimum 2 years of related experience as a cook in restaurants / hotel
- At least one year of experience in supervisory experience
- Minimum O levels or Diploma in Hotel Management, Food & Beverage, or related field
- Experienced in Chinese Restaurant operations will be an added advantage
- Able to commit to a split shift setting; Restaurant is open for Lunch & Dinner services
