Job Requirement

  • Able to guide and train the team; being a good role model for the juniors
  • Ensure daily smooth operations of outlet including issues like maintenance, administrative tasks etc.
  • Work with manager to project and manage restaurant sales
  • May perform additional or other ad hoc duties as assigned by Restaurant Manager

Requirements:
  • Minimum 2 years of related experience as a cook in restaurants / hotel
  • At least one year of experience in supervisory experience
  • Minimum O levels or Diploma in Hotel Management, Food & Beverage, or related field
  • Experienced in Chinese Restaurant operations will be an added advantage
  • Able to commit to a split shift setting; Restaurant is open for Lunch & Dinner services
