Assist in restaurant’s daily operation duties, including but not limited to taking orders, serving food and beverages, cashiering, attending to reservations calls
Responsible for the overall cleanliness, hygiene, health and safety standards of the restaurant premises
Respond to customers’ requests and feedback in an expeditious and professional manner
Assist the Restaurant Manager in daily sales collection and petty cash claims
Manage reservations and seating plans for diners
Any other appropriate duties and responsibilities as assigned
Requirements
Minimum 3 years of Japanese cuisine / fine-dining experience, in similar capacity
Fluency in the Japanese language will be an advantage
Good knowledge in Japanese cuisine and beverage
Basic PC literacy
Strict sense of hygiene and safety standards
Excellent interpersonal & communication skills.
Willingness to work 6-day week, on split shift pattern
