Assistant Restaurant Manager (omakase)

Job Description
Main Responsibilities
- Assist in restaurant’s daily operation duties, including but not limited to taking orders, serving food and beverages, cashiering, attending to reservations calls
- Responsible for the overall cleanliness, hygiene, health and safety standards of the restaurant premises
- Respond to customers’ requests and feedback in an expeditious and professional manner
- Assist the Restaurant Manager in daily sales collection and petty cash claims
- Manage reservations and seating plans for diners
- Any other appropriate duties and responsibilities as assigned
- Minimum 3 years of Japanese cuisine / fine-dining experience, in similar capacity
- Fluency in the Japanese language will be an advantage
- Good knowledge in Japanese cuisine and beverage
- Basic PC literacy
- Strict sense of hygiene and safety standards
- Excellent interpersonal & communication skills.
- Willingness to work 6-day week, on split shift pattern
