Job Description

As the Assistant Restaurant Manager in the restaurant Olivia you shall willingly and diligently carry out the duties assigned to you from time to time, including but not limited to the following:

1 Assisting the Restaurant Manager in overseeing of the service of the Restaurant.

2 Greet and coordinate the seating of guests, and assign guests to tables suitable to the size of each group.
3 Recognise the regular guests and highlight to the Restaurant Manager about theparticular guest's preferences.

4 Ensure guests' requests are not delayed during the operations of in the Restaurant. Record and report all guests' complaints to the Restaurant Manager immediately. Ensure team briefings are carried out before each service period.
Ensure that no standing bills stays on the system, and account for all voided.

8 Promote the Restaurant by establishing a loyal and regular customer base, maintaining a regular customer database and personalising customer service.

9 Handle emergency and difficult situations.

10 Adjust any modifications to checks or bills.

11 Ensure that the Supervisors, Waiters and Waitresses in their sections are able to describe

the dishes for the evening and any extra dishes (specials) properly and are well groomed,2 Maintain the highest standard of cleanliness, the maintenance of furnishings andequipment and the proper set up of in the Restaurant and connected areas or pantries.

13 Participate in monthly physical stock take of the Restaurant, including but not limited toglassware, plate and crockery.

14 Assisting the Restaurant Manager in Implementing and developing of training programs.

14 Assisting the Restaurant Manager in overseeing of the service of the Restaurant.

Perform miscellaneous job-related duties as assigned.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $3,300.00 - $4,000.00 per month
