We are seeking experienced individuals to join our food and beverage team as Assistant Restaurant Manager. Salary varies depending on working experience.





Key responsibilities

Supervise daily operations of the outlet, ensuring smooth workflow and assisting with effective staff scheduling. Promote sales by staying well-informed about current promotions and menu offerings. Coordinate food service between kitchen and service crew to ensure timely and accurate order delivery. Handle customer complaints and feedback in a professional and solution-oriented manner. Support sales initiatives by actively upselling promotions and menu items. Motivate team members and foster a positive, collaborative working environment. Train and guide staff to uphold high standards of service quality and consistency. Ensure strict compliance with all health, hygiene, and safety regulations.

Requirements

At least 3 years of experience in restaurant management Strong leadership and communication skills Proficient in POS systems and inventory software Able to work 5.5 days a week and on weekends and public holidays Able to work in a fast paced environment * Valid Food Hygiene Certification is a requisite
