5. Job Scope
"Front of House" Management and Operational roles - to serve diners and manage operations effectively
To provide warm and efficient dining service
To build and inculcate strong team spirit and work ethics
To communicate in English (written and spoken) and Chinese (spoken) with guests
To develop and implement business development strategies
To meet and manage daily reservation and sales targets for the business
To be able to manage chope, cashless, wechat and POS cashier system
To train and manage daily service and "front of house" operations to high standards
To have some knowledge of fine wines and sakes to promote beverage sales for the business
To be able to keep and attract repeat diners
To work with Kitchen for efficient operation, hygiene and service delivery
To manage private events, PR and marketing
To manage Customer Relationship Programme - Key Diners dining profile & long term relationship
Assist and manage any other relevant business duties and responsibilities as required by management
6. Working Hours
Full Time 5.5 week (Monday restaurant closed)
Service shifts: 11:00am - 3:00pm (Lunch)/ 6:00pm - 10:00pm (Dinner)
Job Types: Full-time, Permanent
Pay: $3,800.00 - $5,000.00 per month
