Assistant Restaurant Manager (Dempsey)
Oversee all operational and financial aspects of the assigned outlet to ensure efficiency and profitability.
Lead and motivate the team to achieve sales targets and maintain high service standards.
Coordinate reservations and manage table capacity to maximize guest satisfaction and revenue.
Foster and maintain strong relationships with guests, ensuring personalized service and repeat business.
Take responsibility of the outlet's daily operations, ensuring operational efficiency and effective team coordination.
What We're Looking For
3 years of supervisory or management experience in the F&B industry.
Strong leadership abilities with proven experience managing and motivating a team to achieve high performance.
Warm, professional demeanor with outstanding communication and interpersonal skills.
