What You'll Be Doing:

Support the Restaurant Manager in overseeing daily outlet operations Lead, motivate the service team to deliver excellent customer service Handle customer feedback and resolve issues promptly Drive sales through upselling, promotions, and marketing activities Ensure compliance with safety, hygiene, operational standards, and all company policies, procedures, and service protocols across the outlet Assist with team scheduling, training, and performance reviews Monitor inventory, control costs, and optimize operational efficiency Oversee opening/closing procedures, inventory, and ERP-related tasks
Carry out any other duties assigned by the Restaurant Manager

Prior supervisory or management experience in F&B or hospitality Strong leadership, organisational, and problem-solving skills * Hands-on, customer-focused, and a good team motivator
