MOS Foods Singapore Pte Ltd is seeking a dedicated Assistant Restaurant Manager to join our team. This is a full-time role where you will play a crucial part in overseeing the day-to-day operations of our vibrant restaurant, ensuring exceptional customer service and efficient team management.
What you'll be doing:
Overall responsible for the smooth operations of the restaurant and efficiently achieve sales target and enforce on HDC standards
Solicit customer feedback to understand the needs and wants of customers
Consistently monitor product and labor costs to remain within budget
Achieving sales targets and ensuring profitability of the outlet
Conduct stock count and receiving for food & beverage, packaging and all other stocks
Provide training and coaching to staff and assess performance
Involved in the various station works and the maintenance of the restaurant

What we're looking for:
Minimum GCE N/O Level/ITE/Shatec/Diploma holders
Preferably 2 years experience in F&B; Entry level/No experience are welcome to apply
Able to perform shift work and work on weekends
