Job Responsibilities: 1. Accountable for the smooth running of the restaurant. 2. To manage outlet operation including sales, operating expenses and outlet profitability. 3. Responsible for accurately projecting and controlling of P&L line items to meet or exceed budgetary expectations without compromises to work standards. 4. To train, coach and support the restaurant team members whenever needed and performance improvement. 5. To attend all meeting and training programs when required. 6. Must be customer oriented & has the drive to achieve outlet\xe2\x80\x99s goals. 7. To ensuring that team are adhering to personal grooming and hygiene standards. 8. To ensure that the equipment\xe2\x80\x99s are functioning well and to do regular checking/scheduled maintenance.
Requirement: 1.Work Location - East Coast & Novena Square 2 2.Able to work shifts, weekends and public holidays. 3. A minimum of 1-2 years experience in F&B industry. 4. Strong focus on operations, guest service and food quality.6. Meal & Uniform provided. 5. Good career prospects.
