Ensure smooth and efficient restaurant operations.
Manage outlet sales, operating expenses, and profitability.
Project and control P&L line items to meet or exceed budgetary expectations without compromising work standards.
Train, coach, and support restaurant team members for performance improvement.
Attend all required meetings and training programs.
Demonstrate customer orientation and drive to achieve outlet goals.
Ensure team members adhere to personal grooming and hygiene standards.
Ensure equipment is functioning well and perform regular scheduled maintenance.
Requirement:
Work location: East Coast, Stadium & Novena Square 2.
Transport allowance of $200 per month (only applicable for East Coast outlet).
Able to work shifts, weekends, and public holidays.
Minimum 1-2 years of experience in the F&B industry.
Strong focus on operations, guest service, and food quality.
Meal and uniform provided.
