Job Description
Job Responsibilities:
- Ensure smooth and efficient restaurant operations.
- Manage outlet sales, operating expenses, and profitability.
- Project and control P&L line items to meet or exceed budgetary expectations without compromising work standards.
- Train, coach, and support restaurant team members for performance improvement.
- Attend all required meetings and training programs.
- Demonstrate customer orientation and drive to achieve outlet goals.
- Ensure team members adhere to personal grooming and hygiene standards.
- Ensure equipment is functioning well and perform regular scheduled maintenance.
Requirement:
- Work location: East Coast, Stadium & Novena Square 2.
- Transport allowance of $200 per month (only applicable for East Coast outlet).
- Able to work shifts, weekends, and public holidays.
- Minimum 1-2 years of experience in the F&B industry.
- Strong focus on operations, guest service, and food quality.
- Meal and uniform provided.
- Good career prospects.
