Job Description


Job Responsibilities:


  • Ensure smooth and efficient restaurant operations.
  • Manage outlet sales, operating expenses, and profitability.
  • Project and control P&L line items to meet or exceed budgetary expectations without compromising work standards.
  • Train, coach, and support restaurant team members for performance improvement.
  • Attend all required meetings and training programs.
  • Demonstrate customer orientation and drive to achieve outlet goals.
  • Ensure team members adhere to personal grooming and hygiene standards.
  • Ensure equipment is functioning well and perform regular scheduled maintenance.

Requirement:
  • Work location: East Coast, Stadium & Novena Square 2.
  • Transport allowance of $200 per month (only applicable for East Coast outlet).
  • Able to work shifts, weekends, and public holidays.
  • Minimum 1-2 years of experience in the F&B industry.
  • Strong focus on operations, guest service, and food quality.
  • Meal and uniform provided.
  • Good career prospects.
