Essential Duties and Responsibilities:
- Reports to the Restaurant Manager
- Assist in leading the team and ensure the company service standards are upheld
- Ensure smooth day-to-day operation of the restaurant
- Daily Opening and Closing duties (depending on your shift) - Including settling payments and cash handling
- Able to handle POS system
- Attending to customers\' reservations, bookings and enquiries
- Assist with rostering, stock-take, cost control, and related paperwork
- Promote a positive work environment by creating a service culture
- Facilitate compliance with legislative and regulatory requirements
- Ensure compliance with F&B hygiene policies and procedures
- Investigate and resolve complaints concerning food quality and service
- Enhance the customer experience and ensure customer satisfaction
- Assist in the direct hire, providing training, and scheduling of food service personnel
- Perform other duties as assigned by the management
What are we looking for?
- Min. Diploma or equivalent with three (3) years of relevant experience
- Strong communication, interpersonal and management skills
- Passionate in providing excellent management and interpersonal skills
- Able to work independently and in a team
