Essential Duties and Responsibilities:
  • Reports to the Restaurant Manager
  • Assist in leading the team and ensure the company service standards are upheld
  • Ensure smooth day-to-day operation of the restaurant
  • Daily Opening and Closing duties (depending on your shift) - Including settling payments and cash handling
  • Able to handle POS system
  • Attending to customers\' reservations, bookings and enquiries
  • Assist with rostering, stock-take, cost control, and related paperwork
  • Promote a positive work environment by creating a service culture
  • Facilitate compliance with legislative and regulatory requirements
  • Ensure compliance with F&B hygiene policies and procedures
  • Investigate and resolve complaints concerning food quality and service
  • Enhance the customer experience and ensure customer satisfaction
  • Assist in the direct hire, providing training, and scheduling of food service personnel
  • Perform other duties as assigned by the management

What are we looking for?
  • Min. Diploma or equivalent with three (3) years of relevant experience
  • Strong communication, interpersonal and management skills
  • Passionate in providing excellent management and interpersonal skills
  • Able to work independently and in a team
