Restaurant Manager, your role is to support in the management and execution of the operations, your leadership and passion for guest service will drive outstanding operating results \xe2\x80\x93 and ensure your Restaurant is both a preferred dining destination and workplace. You are required to exceeds expectations by meeting and anticipating the wishes and needs of the guests and complies with C\xc3\x89 LA VI standards & procedures to exceed both guests\xe2\x80\x99 and colleagues\xe2\x80\x99 expectations. You are also to show your support and assist in other C\xc3\x89 LA VI\xe2\x80\x99s operation as required. _____________________________________________________________________________ Responsibilities

  • Reporting to the Restaurant Manager, responsibilities and essential job functions include but are not limited to the following:
  • Consistently offer professional, friendly and engaging service.
  • Lead and manage the outlet team in all aspects of the department and ensure service standards are followed.
  • Handle guest concerns and react quickly and professionally.
  • Assist in the recruitment and training of F&B Colleagues within your outlet.
  • Balance between the operational, administrative and Colleague needs.
  • Conduct regularly scheduled departmental meetings.
  • Maximize revenues by communicating regularly with the Food and Beverage teams to implement agreed upon strategies, practices and promotions.
  • Have full knowledge of all Outlet menus.
  • Assist in the management of the allocated budget.
  • Follow outlet policies, procedures and service standards.
  • Follow all safety and sanitation policies when handling food and beverage.
  • Assist in the management and organization of inventories. Conduct of inventory spot checks where necessary.
  • Oversee & manage a direct team in a busy restaurant whilst delivering impeccable attention to details.
  • Conduct mentoring of colleagues to achieve excellence in service for outlet and improve profit margin for the organization.
  • Delegation and mitigation of tasks efficiently and fairly among colleagues.
Candidate Requirements
  • At least 3 years in a similar role in F&B industry especially in managing an outlet.
  • Previous management experience in similar high-end and fast moving environment is essential.
  • Problem solver and has passion to think out of the box to achieve desires outcome.
  • Able to work efficiently under pressure.
  • Passionate to serve and willing to take up challenges.
  • Communicates efficiently with people from all walks of life.
  • Should possess the skill, personality and passion to deliver C\xc3\x89 LA VI\xe2\x80\x99s unique product and standard of customer service.
  • A pro-active and motivational attitude towards management is required.
  • Previous experience with Modern Asian cuisine is preferred, but not essential.
  • Must have the ability to improve team cohesion between Club and Restaurant.
