Mandai Wildlife Group is the steward of Mandai Wildlife Reserve, a unique wildlife and nature destination in Singapore that is home to world-renown wildlife parks which connect visitors to the fascinating world of wildlife. The Group is driving an exciting rejuvenation plan at Mandai Wildlife Reserve, adjacent to Singapore\'s Central Catchment Nature Reserve, that will integrate five wildlife parks with distinctive nature-based experiences, green public spaces and an eco-friendly resort.

Mandai Wildlife Group advocates for biodiversity, contributes leading wildlife research, develops innovative solutions to promote living sustainably, and collaborates with conservation partners in Singapore and Southeast Asia.

The Group provides funding and in-kind support to Mandai Nature for conservation work across Southeast Asia.

Mandai X is the growth accelerator and venture building arm of Mandai Wildlife Group that sparks, catalyses and accelerates innovative ventures in completely new domains that drive growth and impact at scale.

Job Duties & Responsibilities

\xc2\xb7 To plan, organize, lead and coordinate the workers and resources for efficient, well-prepared, and profitable restaurant service.

\xc2\xb7 To be present at the front row all the time and to handle customers complain promptly and professionally.

\xc2\xb7 To get feedbacks from patrons and improve our service as and where it requires from time to time.

\xc2\xb7 To order and record down all stocks and purchases for usage.

\xc2\xb7 To monitor our daily cleanliness of all the equipment\'s and utensils.

\xc2\xb7 To ensure that the cleaning schedule is being carried out daily and weekly from the chart.

\xc2\xb7 To carry out security check during opening and closing of the restaurant.

\xc2\xb7 To handle the restaurant\'s float and banking in of sales in a stringent manner.

\xc2\xb7 To be responsible for daily banking in and daily sales report.

\xc2\xb7 To maintain and keep record all the necessity things in a proper file.

\xc2\xb7 To conduct interviews for new staff for recruitment, conduct training and educate on the HACCP.

\xc2\xb7 To keep employee\'s training records.

\xc2\xb7 Other relevant duties assigned.

Job Requirements

\xc2\xb7 Diploma in Tourism and Hospitality, or Certificate in F&B Operations.

\xc2\xb7 Minimally 3 years relevant experience and in a supervisory role.

\xc2\xb7 Excellent written and oral communication skills.
