Job Description
Responsibilities:
- Assisting Manager in responsible for overall management including profit & loss, budgeting & cost control
- Handling restaurant daily operation
- Handling Manpower & planning staff roster to ensure there is sufficient manpower for daily operation
- Involvement with sales strategic planning and development activities related to increase sales revenue
- Maintain hygiene level of the restaurant and workplace safety standard
- Handling client\xe2\x80\x99s expectations and complaints
Requirements:
- At least 5 years of working experience in the related field
- Team Player and able to work in fast-paced environment
- Supervisory experience will be an advantage
- Able to work on weekend
