Responsibilities:

Tasked to monitor and recommend best practices and continuous improvement initiatives to reduce work process risks, raise safety awareness, and improve safe work practices.
Review company\xe2\x80\x99s HSSE Management System to identify any deviation, weakness or significant change in organization, risk control measures and provide recommendation for improvement.
Conduct and coordinate In-House Training Program, Safety Promotions or other safety-related activities for Staff.
To do safety audits and inspection of the Company\xe2\x80\x99s worksites to identify and correct potential hazards, and to ensure safety regulation compliance.
Investigate accidents, near-miss incidents, and occupational injuries to determine causes, install preventive measures, and manage return-to-work activities.
Assist in maintaining certifications such as ISO, Bizsafe certificates.
Perform weekly 5S inspection and prepare reports.
