Requirement:
Bachelor\'s degree in business, marketing or related field.
Min 5 yrs experience in sales, marketing, management or related field.
Experience in FMCG, Food and Beverage, catering industry is added advantage.
Job Scope:
Plan and execute sales plans in line with Company sales targets and KPIs.
Solicit organizations and individuals to grow dealer and end user sales.
Collection of qualified leads and pertinent sales information, with the aim to facilitate machine, accessories, chemical, and spare part sales performance; as well as rental and maintenance contract development.
Maintain close contact with the market to recognize current market trends, developments and competitor movements.
Identify and develop new market opportunities for the business
Tracks sales activities and creates reports for use in strategic decision making.
Leads and manages all sales operations with the key objective of growing incremental and new sales for the business while retaining existing customers.
Monitor the financing standing and credit-worthiness of existing and new customers, and to follow-up timely on billings and payments to ensure positive payment trend.
