The Opportunity

Adecco is partnering with an established US MNC with products ranging from office equipment to consumer products, and they are looking for a Regional Assistant Sales Manager to join their team! The Regional Assistant Sales Manager will be responsible for maintaining and building on current accounts, work closely with distributors, as well as look for potential business opportunities within the Southeast Asia region.The Job

• Achieved targeted customer sales and profitability, effectively managing customer profit and loss.
• Contributed insights and executed strategies to surpass financial objectives.
• Led regular sales review meetings, crafting promotional activities, and monitoring relevant A&P spending.
• Collaborated with distributors to identify and assess business opportunities, maximizing regional sales.
• Provided product training to distributors, jointly engaging with key trade partners to boost brand promotion and foster strong business ties.
• Spearheaded the exploration of new markets and distribution channels.
• Reported directly to the Sales Director, fostering teamwork across departments.
• Acted as a liaison between customer accounts and internal teams, overseeing and addressing issues related to responsible customer accounts.
• Supported customer service in resolving inquiries while handling ad-hoc projects and assignments.
• Frequent travel across region.

The Talent

• Minimum of 5-8 years\' experience in B2B Sales and Distributor Management.
• Strong communication and presentation skills.
• Outgoing and passionate in networking and building relationships.
• Motivated and sales-driven.
• Regional experience would be an added advantage.
