Key Duties & Responsibilities Sales & Marketing Actively seek out new sales opportunities, pursue new sales prospects, negotiate deals and expand customer base. Jointly develop sustainable sales strategies and marketing plans as a team. Coordinate with other team members and departments to optimize the sales effort. Customer Engagement Maintain regular customer engagement to collate feedback and respond to their needs. Monitor sales volume and revenue to identify opportunities and gaps. Identify customer needs and opportunities and adapt sales tactics to grow existing business accounts. Work closely with operations team to ensure customers' satisfaction. Business Development Monitor and identify market trends on product improvements and developments. Conduct market research to identify selling possibilities and evaluate customer needs. Requirements Good tertiary education. A degree in Business, Marketing or Hospitality is preferred. At least 2 years of sales experience, preferably in the Bakery or Hospitality industry. Proven track record of sales and successfully managing customer relationships. A demonstrated ability to be resourceful and creative in sales & marketing. Strong understanding of sales process and dynamics. Strong communication and negotiation skills Hybrid (Work From Home & On-Site)
