To secure, manage and achieve maximum sales for the Corporate Sales Department to meet revenue forecasts. Ensure excellent coordination with the relevant departments to maximize client satisfaction with Company facilities.
Develop, service and manage designated accounts, maintaining relationship with key accounts
Identify new business opportunities, follow up on business referrals/enquiries and potential sales
Conduct site inspection for potential clients
Generate proposals and contracts
Issue function orders, specifying instructions and coordinate with respective internal departments
Communicating client\xe2\x80\x99s needs to respective departments, handle any issues that may arise, coordinate with suppliers and respective internal departments to resolve issues to maximise guest satisfaction
Provide feedback to Sales Leadership on market situation and competitors\xe2\x80\x99 activities
Work with Marketing to ensure consistent lead generation
Work with sales leadership to generate \xe2\x80\x98out of box\xe2\x80\x99 ideas for sales and motivational initiatives in developing promotional packages and sales strategies
Embody company culture and maintain high sales employee engagement
Meet pre-determined revenue goals through the activities of direct reports and identifying the process of yielding when required
Ensure correct usage of CRM and other sales applications
Requirements :
Minimum Diploma in any field
Minimum 3 - 5 years\xe2\x80\x99 of experience in hospitality industry (with specialty in Travel Agents or Meetings, Incentives, Conferences & Exhibitions Industry)
Knowledge of product, sales strategies, processes and available resources
Excellent written and verbal communications
Proficiency in MS office
Ability to multi-task and adhere to timelines
A team player and adaptable to changes.
