Responsible for achievement of sales target for channel sales as per Brand strategies and objectives, local sales & distribution policy
To assist in formulating, organizing & implementing sales strategies in line with the approved guidelines.
To foster & intensify relationship with the current & potential retailers to solicit support for the brand for sales target achievement.
To monitor weekly/monthly sales/stock level by POS and take timely action to achieve sales target.
To work with BM in ensuring strong presence for the
Brand in the following areas with strict compliance of the guidelines and timely feedback for action :
Visual Merchandising;
Brand fixtures & furnitures;
Stock assortment & movement;
Brand position as compared to competitors
Perform Market intelligence & feedback to BM to be proactive in initiating sales programs.
Service retailers with competence product knowledge & professional standard of service.
Provide after sales services to Retailers/Customers base don Company’s guidelines
Liaise closely with other support functions locally i.e. (SAV, Logistics, Finance….) to ensure smooth operations, in line with both HQ & local guidelines.
Assist in stock purchasing and inventory control & deliveries.
Follow up outstanding payments.
Assist to prepare reports, documents & etc according to stipulated timeframe.
Assist to provide training to third party sales personnel in a coordinated efforts towards sales & non-sales objectives of the Brand.
Profile
> 3 years relevant experience
MNC prior experience preferred
Experience in channel sales management
Professional requirements
Diploma in Business/related discipline
Languages
English & Mandarin
