• Responsible for achievement of sales target for channel sales as per Brand strategies and objectives, local sales & distribution policy
• To assist in formulating, organizing & implementing sales strategies in line with the approved guidelines.
• To foster & intensify relationship with the current & potential retailers to solicit support for the brand for sales target achievement.
• To monitor weekly/monthly sales/stock level by POS and take timely action to achieve sales target.
• To work with BM in ensuring strong presence for the
• Brand in the following areas with strict compliance of the guidelines and timely feedback for action :
  • Visual Merchandising;
  • Brand fixtures & furnitures;
  • Stock assortment & movement;
  • Brand position as compared to competitors
• Perform Market intelligence & feedback to BM to be proactive in initiating sales programs.
• Service retailers with competence product knowledge & professional standard of service.
• Provide after sales services to Retailers/Customers base don Company’s guidelines
• Liaise closely with other support functions locally i.e. (SAV, Logistics, Finance….) to ensure smooth operations, in line with both HQ & local guidelines.
• Assist in stock purchasing and inventory control & deliveries.
• Follow up outstanding payments.
• Assist to prepare reports, documents & etc according to stipulated timeframe.
• Assist to provide training to third party sales personnel in a coordinated efforts towards sales & non-sales objectives of the Brand.

Profile

• > 3 years relevant experience
• MNC prior experience preferred
• Experience in channel sales management

Professional requirements

• Diploma in Business/related discipline
