:JOB OVERVIEWThis job requires the candidate to drive the Healthcare / Groceries sales and profitability of the Trading Division. He/she will support the Head and Associate Director of Trading, work closely with business partners and internal departments in all aspects of the business to achieve excellent and consistent service standards for the business.He/she will be responsible for generating weekly/monthly reports, analyze business performance, and ensure timely execution of business plans to maintain a competitive advantage to drive profitability growth. The candidate will support all business matters pertaining to sales, procurement, market shares, service levels and end-to-end stock management.The candidate is expected to have strong people management skills to lead, coach and guide the team, as well as managing our business partners and internal stakeholders. He/she should possess strong analytical skills, able to initiate and execute appropriate action plans to minimise any potential business disruptions.ROLES & RESPONSIBILITIESProvide strategic leadership to the team with full profit & loss accountability to achieve the Healthcare and Groceries revenue targets and business goals.
