5 Working days (Mon-Fri) Working Hours: 8.30 am to 5.30 pm Working Location: Clementi Job responsibilities: Our sanitation department plays a vital role within our business, being responsible for 5 Working days (Mon-Fri) Working Hours: 8.30 am to 5.30 pm Working Location: Clementi Job responsibilities: Our sanitation department plays a vital role within our business, being responsible for the sanitation of the complex machinery and plant in line with statutory regulations. Your duties will include: Ensuring compliance with the site GMP (AIB), Environmental, Food Safety and OH&S standards Conducting internal audits Overseeing the sanitation team, including training and development Developing and maintaining various documentation, including a Master Sanitation Schedule Implementing the pest control program to meet all the regulatory standards Liaising with the various manufacturing departments, local regulatory authorities and waste contractors Requirements: Diploma/Degree in Food Science and Technology At least two years of experience within the food industry and quality assurance would be an advantage, but not essential. We are looking for a leader to manage and motivate our sanitation team.
