Conduct customer service surveys, analyse feedback, and implement process improvements. Track application payments and dosimeter issuance for efficiency and accuracy. Coordinate dosimeter preparation, distribution, and courier services. Perform quality checks on returned dosimeters and manage related communications and logistics. Requirement: 12 years of experience in a service laboratory preferred. Proficient in Microsoft Excel. Able to work independently. Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
