Plan and manage work schedules for pump assembly, coordinating closely with the sales team to meet requirements.
Liaise with subcontractors to ensure timely completion of pump assembly.
Verify pump specifications and selections before proceeding with assembly.
Assist with pump assembly during manpower shortages and perform pump testing when required.
Provide technical support to the sales team for modifications.
Commission oily water separators as needed (training will be provided).
Conduct onboard troubleshooting for pump issues when necessary (daily allowance provided).
Oversee workshop safety and maintain proper housekeeping standards.
Manage and plan the workshop budget effectively.
Job Requirements
Minimum 4 years of experience in pump servicing.
Prior experience in the marine industry.
Proficient in English communication.
Basic computer literacy.
Creative, independent, and proactive in improving processes.
Knowledge of AutoCAD is an advantage.
Strong commitment to continuous improvement and quality work.
