Job Description

Job Summary:

• Basic Salary: $2,600 to $3,600

• Annual Wage Supplement

• Performance Bonus (1 to 2 Months)

• Annual Increments

• Working Days and Hours: 44 hours per week

• Working Location: Islandwide

• Famous Japanese ramen chain

Responsibilities:

• Making daily sales report and updating maintenance report

• Recording food loss and handling of cash

• Item management (ingredients, products, etc.)

• Store Management (equipment, petty cash, etc.)

• Ordering from suppliers, maintaining inventory list and stocktaking

• Training and coaching of staffs

• Planning of schedules for staffs

• Provide good customer service

• Preparation of food ingredients

• Cashiering duties

• Housekeeping duties

Requirements:

• Candidates who possess a minimum of 2 years of relevant F&B or supervisory experience are preferred
