Oversee comprehensive store management and operations. Develop and guide the implementation of store sales and gross profit plans. Communicate and execute operational strategies from the headquarters. Liaise with company headquarters and other departments to ensure alignment. Lead recruitment, training, and performance evaluations for store staff. Resolve emergencies and maintain orderly store operations.

Requirements:



1-3 years of experience as a store manager or in retail operations. Preference for candidates with experience in trendy toys, gifts, or related industries. Strong communication, leadership, and interpersonal skills; ability to thrive under pressure. Resilient, driven, and adaptable to challenging environments. Strong commercial awareness and sensitivity to drive sales and deliver exceptional customer service. Passion for anime, cosplay, or trendy toys is a plus. Bachelor's degree or above. Educational requirements may be relaxed for candidates with exceptional work experience. Basic proficiency in spoken and written Chinese and English, in order to liaise with Mandarin-speaking customers and stakeholders Able to start work on short notice will be an added advantage.
