Job Description
Responsibilities
- Manage employers/ industry partners in various recruitment engagements
- Promote collaboration with employers/ industry partners to improve employability of university graduates
- Develop and maintain good relationship with employers and industry partners.
- Work closely with recruitment agencies, corporate agencies, embassies and etc.
- Develop, maintain, and upkeep list of employers and industry partners profile and data into company system
- Develop and implement career events to boost employability for students such as careers fairs, career seminars and recruitment events
- Source for representatives from employers, industry experts to provide industry talks, master classes and industry visits
- Develop and implement marketing strategies and campaigns to increase employers awareness of university graduates disciplines and competencies
- Provide career advices to students
- Ad hoc duties/ projects as assigned \xef\xbb\xbf
Requirements
- Bachelor or Diploma in Business Administration/ Psychology or equivalent
- At least 3 - 5 years of experience in student affairs/ services or career coach
- Prior working experience in higher education industry will be an added advantage
