Provide leadership and train the production workers on the factory floor.
Ensure the team leaders understand customers' requirements and deliver the expected outcomes according to quality standards and customers' schedules.
Show workers how to execute difficult tasks.
Ensure the production work is fairly distributed among the workers.
Ensure the workers are trained in safe practices and follow procedures in their specific areas of work.
Ensure effective communication between supervisors and team members.
Monitor production flow and assist when required.
Conduct briefings to workers when necessary and follow through to ensure work is carried out as instructed.
Look for solutions to deal with production problems and influence staff to work as a team.
Check finished products to ensure quality and quantity are met before timely delivery to customers.
Perform any other duties as the situation dictates
