Competencies to learn:

1. Assists the main teacher in managing daily routines, attendance marking, ensuring smooth transitions between activities, and maintaining a conducive learning environment.


2. Guides students in completing school assignments accurately, explains concepts clearly, and monitors progress without providing direct answers.


3. Supports enrichment, physical, and creative activities according to the centre's curriculum, ensuring safety and engagement.


4. Applying emergency procedures and child safeguarding practices.


5. Prepares, organises, and maintains learning materials, resouces, and classroom equipment for lessons and activities.


6. Assists in attendance tracking, record-keeping, filing, data entry, and communication with parents when required, in line with centre policies.

Duration of Attachment

6 months

Qualifications:

1. PSLE/ N-level / O-Level or higher


2. Proficient with Microsoft Word and Excel


3. Effective oral and written management communication skill in both English and Chinese
