Job Description

As the FastTrack Program Manager, you will be leading a team of solution engineers and managers that provides consultation to end customers and facilitate the transition to Microsoft 365 by adopting Microsoft best practices. The Program Manager will be responsible for strategizing and implementing FastTrack Program for the company and ensure that key initiatives such as customer adoption plans are executed as planned.


Lead and manage FastTrack team Guide solution engineer's response to inquiries from Microsoft 365 customers Initiating service with new Microsoft 365 customers Plan and guide customers to properly adopt Microsoft 365 services Conduct Adoption remote/virtual workshops Generate Adoption plans and monitor customer active usage Ensure the highest customer satisfaction with the FastTrack Program Constantly document customer engagements, status and delivery details Develop, foster and maintain highly effective customer relationships Develop foster and maintain effective working relationships with engineering, marketing and field sales teams to deliver key business metrics Manage customer Onboarding programs within expected timeframes Identify out of scope items and work with respective teams to address out of scope items in proper manner Share knowledge with others through solution documents, contribute to social media, engage technical communities, and provide feedback to the FastTrack Team to improve the FastTrack tools and processes Provide weekly and monthly forecast of active usage and partner incentive

Job Requirements:

Bachelor's Degree in Business, IT or Engineering 5+ years of practical training experience or end user support experience 5+ years exposure to Microsoft 365 is desired 5+ years as a team leader and with recent experience in leading ten or more members Willing to travel upon the lifting of travel restrictions Previous experience with change management driving user acceptance of new tools or technologies Understanding of Microsoft 365 workloads * Excellent written and verbal communication
