Assistant Technical Support Engineer



Job Scope:


Perform basic repairs and module replacements for intercom and related devices Handle RMA processes, including troubleshooting, documentation, and coordination with vendors Conduct in-house testing, quality checks, and verification of repaired or replaced units Maintain inventory of spare parts and modules Prepare simple reports on repairs, failures, and RMA trends Provide on-site support for service calls or project installations as needed Assist service and project teams with technical support when required Assist with new product testing and evaluation Assist with other technical tasks as assigned


Requirements:



Diploma/ITE Certificate in Electrical/Electronics/Computer Engineering or related field Basic knowledge of electronics, wiring, and troubleshooting techniques Hands-on ability to perform module replacements and device assembly/disassembly Good organizational skills to track RMAs, spares, and documentation Willingness to provide occasional on-site support Proficient in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) for documentation and reporting Knowledge of TCP/IP, Network Structure * Team player with a proactive attitude and willingness to learn
