Manage and take lead in tender process - RFI / RFQ / RFP / e-Action / Spot quote. Support Key account management (KAM) to lead country tender/pricing in formulating bid strategies and tactical tender framework to enhance bidding success. Analyse tender business impact with recommended pricing actions and flexible levers in managing bid reduction thresholds to increase hits. Attend internal/external conference call meetings on tender management and cohesive approach. Provide post-tender bid analysis for KAM and management review. Preparing commercial and technical write up on our offer for inclusion in tenders. Maintain close collaboration and synergy with key functions to provide competitive rates and solutions for all bid requests. Ensure smooth transition to Implementation team upon business award and assist on SOP setup specifically on rate aspect. Maintain timely tender bidding records, data and files in CRM. Other duties and responsibilities assign by Direct Report and the Management. Job Requirements : Diploma/ Tertiary qualification or equivalent. Minimum 5 years in Freight Forwarding and Multi-modal Logistic Tender Management Proficient in Microsoft Office Knowledge in Tableu, PowerBI and QlikView is a plus. Strong in pricing analytics
