JOB DESCRIPTION

CAA\xe2\x80\x99s Singapore office is seeking an Assistant to President to join their growing CAA Sports - APAC team. The ideal candidate is professional, motivated, organised and keen to work in an environment where they will be working with the President and team members of the APAC office and global offices to ensure seamless and timely delivery of projects and tasks. The individual should poses strong interpersonal skills, amiable presence and adopts team player approach with both internal and external stakeholders. A natural interest in sports and brands would be advantageous.

KEY RESPONSIBILTIES

  • Project manage and support select commercial projects, working together with other teams to ensure timely delivery of information, follow up, reports and other tasks in relation to the projects.
  • Project lead internal events such as the hosting of international guests (internal and external) at major events such as F1 Singapore Grand Prix, and other similar events and supporting other client hosting opportunities.
  • Plan, manage and execute team events such as retreat trips, team bonding sessions, dinners etc.
  • Procurement of other third party service providers such as PR, legal etc., where applicable
  • Support President on sales conversations and lead on follow-ups to ensure project continuity and development.
  • \xe2\x80\xa6 Cold outreaching brands to generate new business leads and prospecting new business opportunities.

  • Supports President on relevant administrative tasks for project execution and day-to-day office operations.
  • Support President in business development planning and approach \xe2\x80\x93 such as development of commercial rights plan etc.
  • CRM \xe2\x80\x93 Setting up and uploading of data into the system and maintaining President\xe2\x80\x99s CRM data. Utilizing SalesForce for reporing and data analysis where applicable
  • Supports other team functions on ad hoc basis as needed from time to time.
  • Support the operation and setting up of office and operations, and providing support to HR, Finance and IT.
  • Organise and plan President\xe2\x80\x99s schedule and meetings including travel arrangements (flight, accommodation, Visa etc.), reservations and set up.


QUALIFICATIONS/REQUIREMENTS

  • Bachelor degree and equivalent proved experience of at least 1 to 3 years
  • Strong organisational skills and ability to pay close attention to detail and accuracy
  • Team oriented and able to work in a fast-paced environment and under pressure.
  • A positive, hard-working \xe2\x80\x9ccan-do\xe2\x80\x9d attitude, and the ability to multi-task on multiple projects simultaneously
  • Passionate about sports, entertainment and contemporary culture
  • Desire to be part of an organisation that values teamwork and taking care of each other
  • Some previous experience in an agency or property holder environment
  • Experience in customer services or executive assistant role within the leisure/hospitality industry, and/or event experience would be useful
  • Excellent MS word skills including PowerPoint, Excel and Word
  • A passion for creative problem solving and solutions
  • Enthusiasm and take pride in your work
