Responsibilities
This role will act as a coach and member of a team of subject matter experts, bringing into the scene trending best practices to encourage progressive development and work engagement. As a leader, you will maximise global solutions and be proactive in helping your team members grow with opportunities and plans personalised to the individual’s needs. An expert in agile methodology, you will be its advocate and practitioner. With keen business acumen, you will identify and advise on strategic collaborations with internal and external stakeholders, ensuring that business, development, and compliance needs are met. As a forerunner in Learning & Development practice, you will capitalize on Talent Data to improve performance and processes and facilitate Talent Development.
Requirements
You have a bachelor’s degree and minimum of 6 years of progressive experience in Learning & Development function. You are strategic, proficient with practicing agile methodology, and data literate. You are confident with managing global stakeholders and leaderships, hold a high standard for quality work, and capable of presenting in a storytelling manner that captivates audience.
