- Backup Traffic controller (TC) roles
- Updating of daily jobs/DHC/PSA charges, etc in the system
- Familar with CMS,Portnet and JPonline
- Liaise with customers for Import/Export containers
- Assist TC to coordinate closely with drivers and to ensure smooth and efficient transportation
