THE COMPANY
Our Client is a US listed Multinational Corporation in the Manufacturing Space (P&L size of $2.3 billion USD) with strong presence in APAC and headquartered in Singapore. They are now looking for an Assistant Treasury Manager to join their team in Singapore, reporting to the Head of Treasury.
THE ROLE
The Assistant Treasury Manager will be responsible for:
- Forecasting cash flow positions, related borrowing needs, and investment fund
- Ensure that sufficient funds are available to meet ongoing operational and capital investment requirements
- Hedging to mitigate financial risks related to the interest rates on the company\'s borrowings
- Arrange for equity and debt financing
- Advise management on the liquidity aspects of its short- and long-range planning
- Responsible for the cash flow management, you will ensure timely reporting, coordinate with internal stakeholders and banker on transactions, managing relationships and securing best positions for the company
- Implementing of new Controls and processes for the regions
- Min Degree in Accounting or related
- Has at least 8 - 10 years of relevant experience
- Strong business acumen and is personable
- A team player with good communication skills
- Clear and rapid career progression
