  • BOS Trustee is the trust company owned by Bank of Singapore. Headquartered in Singapore and regulated by MAS.
  • The company provides trust administration and advisory services. Wealth planning is provided by a team of wealth planners located inside the bank.
  • The incumbent will review and deal with onboarding new business within BOS Trustee Limited.
Responsibilities
  • Review the new business documentation requirement and completeness
  • Review corroborative evidence, source of wealth, source of funds and AML information
  • To ensure that screenings are completed and the adverse news hits have been appropriately identified and cleared
  • Maintaining relevant spreadsheets to track and record on the businesses onboarded
  • Ensure all relevant onboarding checklists are completed
  • Preparing of Resolutions and documents to properly onboard the trust
  • Ensure that all relevant Trust information are keyed into NavOne (trust computer database) accurately
  • Work closely with Relationship Managers of BOS to facilitate the execution of the account opening documents
  • Ensure that all client files are stored and maintained accordingly
  • Supports the wealth planners with expertise on trust matters
  • Ensure smooth transition of new trust to Trust Relationship Manager
  • Ensure prompt turnaround of all new business and setting up of structure
  • Liaise with wealth planning and front office as required
  • Review and update new business procedures annually
  • Act in accordance with core values (Lasting Value, Integrity, Forward-looking, Respect, Responsibility) of the organisation, and demonstrate the highest standards of business and personal conduct.
Qualifications

Requirements
  • 5 to 7 years in trust/banking/financial industry
  • Team player
  • Meticulous and pays attention to details
  • Able to use Excel
  • Degree/Diploma holders are welcome to apply
