Support all compliance related matters and issues for the department including contract management, procedure update, information management and other compliance related matters.
Managed account closing and Head office reporting matters for subsidiary and affiliates under the department purview.
Managed all BCP related matters including annual BCP review, business impact analysis, and update of policies and procedure.
Support governance and reporting matters for subsidiary and affiliates under the department purview.
Provide translation support for the department.
Requirements
Bachelor\'s Degree or Diploma qualifications with minimum 5 years working experience with experience in handling reporting and compliance related matters.
Demonstrated experience in managing compliance matters will be highly desirable.
Experience in facilitation and management of reporting matters.
Excellent organizational skills and time management with the ability to process multiple tasks simultaneously.
Attention to detail, and ability to work independently or in collaboration with other team members internally and across different countries.
Strong interpersonal and communication abilities (verbal and written)
Basic understanding of financial and accounting concepts and ability to read financial statements will be advantageous.
Proficiency in both English and Japanese is required to assist in the submission of reports in Japanese language.
Basic computing skills required, eg. MS Words, Excel and Powerpoint.
