Job PurposeTo advise and facilitate RAFABA\xe2\x80\x99s management of its governance, risk management and compliance as set out by the Company.The Job\xc2\xb7 Subject matter expert for all rules and guidelines that apply to the division, including but not limited to Financial Advisers Act, Insurance Act and all internal company rules particularly where they relate to operational and financial risks faced by the Company and division.\xc2\xb7 Ensure that the division\xe2\x80\x99s processes and governance arrangements, particularly are aligned with applicable rules, both external and internal.\xc2\xb7 Ensure that follow-up actions to audits and inspections are appropriate and completed on a timely basis.\xc2\xb7 Identify areas of improvements across the division to enhance its governance, risk and compliance arrangements.QualificationsOur Requirements\xc2\xb7 Degree holder\xc2\xb7 At least 10 years\xe2\x80\x99 experience in governance and risk management, preferably in the life insurance distribution.\xc2\xb7 Problem solving, interpersonal skills, impact, business expertise, business acumen and speed are essential qualities.About Great EasternEstablished in 1908, Great Eastern places customers at the heart of everything we do.
