Mandai Wildlife Group is the steward of Mandai Wildlife Reserve, a unique wildlife and nature destination in Singapore that is home to world-renown wildlife parks which connect visitors to the fascinating world of wildlife. The Group is driving an exciting rejuvenation plan at Mandai Wildlife Reserve, adjacent to Singapore's Central Catchment Nature Reserve, that will integrate five wildlife parks with distinctive nature-based experiences, green public spaces and an eco-friendly resort.

Mandai Wildlife Group advocates for biodiversity, contributes leading wildlife research, develops innovative solutions to promote living sustainably, and collaborates with conservation partners in Singapore and Southeast Asia.

The Group provides funding and in-kind support to Mandai Nature for conservation work across Southeast Asia.

Main Duties and Responsibilities:
We are seeking a highly driven individual to be part of our Internal Audit team. Reporting to the Vice President of Internal Audit, the incumbent will be required to lead audits and Control Self Assessments, support Enterprise Risk Management by identifying existing controls and proposing appropriate actions to mitigate the key areas. He/she will lead investigation, if any, champion initiatives and provide management/ administrative support for Internal Audit and Audit and Risk Committee reporting.

He/she will work closely with internal and external stakeholders on audit findings and provide audit recommendations, while ensuring auditees' understanding and concurrence, implementation and follow up. The incumbent will be required to manage consultants for any outsourced/co-sourced engagements, change agents or transformational improvements, and any other required matters, as assigned.

Requirements:

• Degree in Accounting or other professional accounting qualifications recognised by the Institute of Singapore Chartered Accountants (e.g., CPA/ ACCA, CA), Degree in Computer Science, Degree in Business Analytics will be preferred.
• At least 15 years of relevant experience
• Experience in various areas of Business and IT Audits
• Positive Attitude, Passionate, Continuous Learner and Team Player
• Forward looking on functional developments
• Possess strong communication, technical (e.g., accounting/auditing standards, latest technologies) and analytical skills
• Ability to multi-task and work under tight timelines and deliverables
• IA experience in the attractions and leisure industry, development and project management, asset management, property and facilities management will be an added advantage
