IPB provides banking and investment services in Singapore to these individuals who have a global lifestyle and minimum assets of US$200,000 to help them grow, protect and preserve their wealth in choice jurisdictions.

We\'re currently looking for a high caliber professional to join our team as Assistant Vice President, IPB S&D Risk Assessment and Control Governance Manager - Hybrid based in Singapore. In this role you are expected to:

• Be the main MCA Coordinator for IPB\'s Sales & Distribution Activity Unit consisting of 4 Sales Clusters, Relationship Services Team and Oasis Team.

• Be responsible in overall MCA testing for IPB Sales & Distribution Activity Unit with more than 120 ACRMS involving more than 500 staff (4 Sales Clusters, RST group and Oasis)
• Prepare and present the QRA results on behalf of Cluster Heads, performs Annual Risk Assessment ARA
• Regular review of newly rolled out EMPs/SMPs and mapping against product/regulations, perform gap analysis, and ongoing regular regulatory mapping exercises
• Support S&D Issues Identification and iCAPs progress and completion

• First line of defense for Risk and Control activities in the S&D Unit, developing and improving adequate controls to ensure clients related processes and activities are adhering to policies and regulations
• Extensive knowledge and familiarity in managing Risk and Control, identify potential weaknesses or non-compliance situations, create realistic plans to overcome them
• Providing oversight and guidance in identifying, managing, and mitigating risks
• Engage communication with the critical stake holders to keep them informed of the internal risk, controls and compliance to internal and external, polices, procedures, laws and regulations

• Transformation and source new operational solutions across various functions on business operating around efficiency, forward moving (digital journey) and around client management to help improve client experience
• Familiarize with new operational initiatives/process launch initiated at country/region/global level; engaged in feasibility discussions, approvals, User Acceptance Testing (UAT), and providing Training

• Provide oversight for the IPB Sundry Unclaimed Process and Accounts

Qualifications:

• Intermediate to senior level experience in a related role
• Proficient project management skills
• Effective verbal and written communication and coaching skills
• Influencing and relationship management skills
• Demonstrated ability to remain unbiased in a diverse working environment

Education:

• Bachelor\'s/University degree or equivalent experience
