Position: Senior / Executive Assistant, Cybersecurity
Reporting: Chief Information Security Officer (CISO)

Overview of the Team

The increasing reliance of businesses on technology means that cybersecurity and technology risk management is a strategically important function within Temasek. The implementation of an effective and comprehensive cybersecurity defence plan and strategy will enable Temasek to be better prepared for these risks and evolving cybersecurity threats.

Roles & Responsibilities

• Support the management team in full spectrum of team secretarial/administrative work
• Manage administrative matters - stationery control, banking matters, office administration and ensuring proper filing and documentation
• Manage calendars of team members and be responsible for scheduling meetings, conference calls, video conferences both internally and externally
• Coordinate info & logistics for overseas business trips - flight booking, cancellation, billings and refunds
• Assist in preparation and printing of presentations, documents & proposals
• Process corporate card expenses and claims matters
• Prepare and set up of refreshments for major meetings
• Other ad-hoc duties as assigned

• Diploma qualification with at least 5 years of experience providing full secretarial support to management level and a team
• Proficient in MS Office, especially Power Point
• Good team player, possess initiative and able to work independently
• Good written and spoken English
• Self-motivated, organised and meticulous
• High sense of responsibility and work ownership
