Why This Role Is Valuable As we continue to grow and transform our organisation to increase efficiencies and scalability, we have a number of ongoing projects, these can be internal-facing projects across different domains or supporting our partners with their project needs. Our Project managers are focused on both delivery of technical solutions and driving change and adoption across the organisation. As a PM within the organisation you are required to challenge the status quo and push the boundaries of innovation. How You Add Value (including but are not limited to)
  • Build and develop the project team to ensure maximum performance, providing purpose, direction, and motivation
  • Lead projects from requirements definition through deployment, identifying schedules, scopes, budget estimations, and project implementation plans, including risk mitigation
  • To coordinate internal and external resources, ensuring projects remain within scope, schedule, and defined budgets, in collaboration with project staff from various functional departments
  • Analyse project progress and, when necessary, adapt scope, timelines, and costs to ensure that the project team adheres to project requirements
  • Establish and maintain relationships with appropriate client stakeholders, providing day-to-day contact on project status and changes
  • Ensure that there is a robust governance structure in place
  • Champion change throughout the project and constantly communicate the goals and objectives to the key stakeholders and wider organisation.
  • Establish and maintain processes to manage scope over the project lifecycle, setting project quality and performance standards, and assessing and managing risk within, and across, multiple projects
  • Develop and maintain partnerships with outside resources\xe2\x80\x94including third-party vendors and researchers
  • Monitor and assign resources appropriately to streamline project efficiency and maximize deliverable outputs
  • Report project outcomes and/or risks to the appropriate management channels as needed\xe2\x80\x94escalating issues as necessary based on project work plans
  • Drive Change internally and ensure adoption of technology and process post-implementation
What You Bring To The Role
  • 9 - 13 years of project management experience
  • Proven success working with all levels of management
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills
  • Strong presentation skills
  • Strong stakeholder management
  • Experience with Agile methodology
  • Professional certification\xe2\x80\x94including PMP/PRINCE II
  • Strong attention to deadlines and budgetary guidelines
  • Experience developing in-house platforms for internal processes
  • Experience coaching and educating project teams to strengthen team members\xe2\x80\x99 capabilities and skillsets.
