Your background

Driven and dynamic Project Manager with minimum 2 years of experience in in Banking or Finance industry

Proven ability to work as part of a team

Agile planning and delivery experience

Experience with project governance framework and routines

Knowledge of Wholesale Banking or Global Markets domain - Products and technology advantageous

Ability to work with regional and global partners/stakeholders

Execution and result oriented

Finacle implementation and integration experience in a global bank setup would be beneficial

What you can expect

Bank of America has embarked on a multi-year core banking transformation journey to replace its legacy core banking platform with modern technology platforms. As part of the core banking platform transformation, revamping its end-to-end ecosystem to improve operational & technological efficiency. The core banking platform supports multiple functions in Global Banking and Markets business: e.g. payments, deposits, credit, trade finance, foreign exchange, general ledger. The platform is being built in an ongoing and agile process. At the core of this transformation is the Bank-in-a-Box (BiB) platform. BiB uses simpler architecture and modern technology, eliminates applications, and is easier to enhance and update.

The first BiB implementation was successfully completed in Oct 2020 for Indonesia, to address the local regulatory requirement to host core banking infrastructure onshore. As part of the Global Payments Transformation (GPT) program we have moved into HK & Indonesia RTP markets. The BiB footprint will be further expanded in 2022 through implementations in APAC, EMEA and LATAM. The BiB roadmap spans several years, covering China Local Incorporation (CLI), Vietnam, Global Payments Transformation and Branch replacement.

What you will do

Assist Senior Project Manager for GBT PM team in executing individual projects within the Global Payments Transformation program

Work closely with global technology teams and GBT APAC PMO teams to co-ordinate project execution

Support the project team in management of the project budgets

Work to fast paced timelines

Assist Senior Project Manager in running project governance routines

Adherence to global project governance standards, documentation
