About the Department

We are building and expanding the best digital bank in ASEAN.

Job Responsibilities

We are looking for a Senior Designer to join our Design team! Armed with a strong eye for design, we are looking for someone to create great user experiences backed by research and data. To succeed in this role, you will need to have a knack for weaving customers' needs and business objectives into a delightful and engaging user experience.

Job responsibilities

• Working closely with the Design Lead, product owners, designers, and engineer teams to deliver great user experiences across our digital channels.
• When needed, represent the Design Team and led discussions with product owners and development teams to ensure the voice of the user is heard.
• Participate in research and brainstorming sessions to generate ideas and solutions to address customer pain points.
• Work closely with the content team to ensure design and content work in tandem to enhance user experience.
• Demonstrate creativity within the parameters of brand guidelines, design system, and constraints.
• Building beautiful and engaging user interfaces according to user needs, business requirements, and technical constraints.
• Effectively manage several projects and prioritize time-sensitive deliverables.
• Mentor junior or new designer(s) on the team.

Job Requirements

• 5 years+ of user experience and human-centered design expertise
• Relevant experience creating wireframes, prototypes, storyboards, user flows, etc.
• Proficiency in design and prototyping tools such as - Axure, Sketch, Adobe Creative Suite, InVision, and Figma
• Experience working in an agile/scrum development process.
• Excellent communication and organization skills.
• Basic HTML5, CSS3, and JavaScript skills are a plus
• Experience in banking is a bonus.
